If a SIP account has a group, you may now pickup the calls from that group from any account. As long as you have pickup enabled in features.conf.

We added an option to the DID Destination menu that makes you able to create a custom context for the calls received. By doing so, if you ever need a feature that is not currently present in MagnusBilling, it'll be implementable through this menu.
