G @ Come 2 VoIP: Everyone here will be resellers at most I am reseller for Vodafone and BT, and a tier 2 carrier That is the closer you will get, but none will allow fraud calls, they can even file legal actions If you won't go thru direct vendors like those, then you are going thru resellers Or, i do suspect you want to get vendors info and use that excuse not to use service and then contact vendors directly
